the story of
baba nasim
I grew up in motion. From competing karate on a National Level to Mixed Martial Arts, crossfit, surfing, swimming and calisthenics. Always pushing my body to it’s limits.
And I did find it’s limit. Which led me to the art of yoga.
Then after working a corporate job as a cybersecurity specialist, lo and behold, I also found my mental limits.
Not to mention that I struggled with addiction all along. Ironically, setting company records whilst smoking weed everyday.
At some point, I realized I needed to make a change. I booked a one way ticked to India, joined a yoga course and realized the many connections of yoga with martial arts. I knew this was my calling.
My teacher gave me the name Baba – a term used in India to refer to someone who has dedicated their life to yoga – and my fellow students started calling me Baba Nasim.
I found a way to bring all my passions and interests together: the passion for movement, the pursuit of excellence and performance, a deeper spiritual, philosophical and even scientific layer, and a purpose that is bigger than myself.
This led me to create a method of healing and transformation that shines light on our progress through the lens of multiple scientific disciplines.
This is what I call: The Reset Protocol.
